We want LSFConnect to be a good place to be. This document explains how to contact us and how to complain if something goes wrong. It took effect on the date shown at the top of this page.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by London Screenwriters' Festival. Our website is https://lsfconnect.com.

2. How to contact us

For general enquiries, email hello@lsfconnect.com. For questions about your personal data, email hello@lsfconnect.com.

3. How to make a complaint

Email hello@lsfconnect.com with "Complaint" in the subject line and tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to resolve them fairly and as quickly as we reasonably can.

4. If you are still unhappy

If we cannot resolve a data-protection complaint, you may contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority. For a consumer dispute you may be able to use an alternative dispute-resolution scheme or your local consumer-protection body. None of this affects your right to take a matter to court.
