Sub-processors

To run LSFConnect, London Screenwriters' Festival uses trusted third parties ("sub-processors") that process personal data on our behalf under contract. This document lists the categories we rely on. We keep the list current and update the effective date when it changes; it took effect on the date shown at the top of this page.

1. Categories of sub-processor

Cloud hosting and infrastructure — to run the application and store data. Email delivery — to send account, service, and (where you have opted in) marketing messages. Payment processing — to take and secure course payments (for example Stripe and PayPal); these providers act as independent controllers for parts of the payment. Media delivery and embeds — to serve images and video. Analytics and error monitoring — to keep the Service reliable, where used and where consent applies.

2. Safeguards

We put a data-processing agreement in place with each sub-processor, share only the data they need, and rely on appropriate transfer safeguards where data leaves the UK/EEA, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Changes
